“When I checked in I was met by a great friend guy; I had lost my travel documents and he helped me locate them. I knew I had left them in the tourist information building but he took the time to find the number; call them and confirm. He arranged that I collect them the next day. He could tell I was hot from the walk and then finding out I had lost my documents and gave me 2 free beers which was great and welcomed.”
