“When you come late (21.30) and you did not read a message sent by hotel before (regarding the key collection) - you have to call the "remote reception" to release the key from your room by automated key-box. Smart, funny, but not always nice, particulary when you do it during rainy weather at the front of closed doors... Anyway - I like adventures!”

“The location was good.We were travelling from Italy to the ferry at Zeebrugge and this was a good overnight stop. The room was on the top floor and was spacious. The restaurant bar was well decorated. The room had good WiFi and great shower room and comfortable bed. Very clean. Reasonable breakfast. We ate in the restaurant at night and it was delicious-huge portions .”

If you want to go shopping for Villeroy & Boch stuff this is the place to stay; when you walk out the door all the shops are right there, less than a minute walk. Fairly priced in the light of location (heart shopping area of Mettlach), but slightly expensive for German standards.”
