“As close to an agriturismo experience as we could find in Spain. Josep the owner/host is a delight and made us feel incredibly welcome. He also prepared a fantastic meal for us that included a cod dish dusted with truffles that he finds himself with his dogs. Next time I am going to spend more time and see if we can go truffles hunting!”

“The room is spacious, but the characteristic beds are not too long for tall Northeuropeans. Josep is the reincarnation of hospitality. Finds the truffels for diner and shows how on his phone. The bacalao with truffel was fantastic. So was the breakfast with fresh orange juice. And the monastery Poblet is in walking distance. The Shiraz wine we drunk, we bought next morning at the wine cellars.”

“I am still under impression from that fairytale place! The hotel is situated in the forest on the outskirts of a small medieval town of L'Espluga de Francoli - also interesting to visit. From here starts the natural park area. A place of genuine silence and calm! Former pension dates back to the middle of the 19th century. Every single thing here seems to speak of the history - the interior is like untouched from the past. A very tasty breakfast. Very happy to get acquainted with the owner - a very nice man with an amazing history. Thank you very much, Giuseppe!”
