“Breakfast was plentiful with the best coffee we had in Peru. Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Free upgrade to our room after we returned for a night from Machu Picchu.”
“Very nice hotel centrally located to restaurants, etc. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone.”
“Excellent location Lovely hotel and staff Very nice breakfast Comfortable and clean Very helpful staff Very good value for money”
“The spa rocked my spinster world. I loved my time alone in a soothing, healthy setting. Perfect for women travelling alone.”
“Comfortable rooms, clean and attractive. Beautiful courtyards, nicely decorated. We requested an early morning taxi and it was there exactly on time.”
“The hotel had coffee and tea (including coca) 24/7 which was a nice touch. The breakfast also had eggs made to order (scrambled, fried, or omelet), in addition to the "normal" spread of fruit, bread choices, yogurt, etc. Staff was very friendly as well. We stayed for 3 days, then came back for 1 night following the inca trail and they welcomed us back with a suite (217) for our last night. We were so surprised and grateful. It was such a great night of sleep on our last night in Peru, especially after being in mats and sleeping bags for the previous few nights. Love the water bottles in the room! And there are extra blankets and pillows in each room too. The heater only operated during the evening time, but it was toasty and cozy enough and you could always request for another radiator in the room as well.”
“Really cool property, accommodating staff, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi.”
“Friendly staff, good location just 2 blocks and a little above Plaza des Armas. Friendly front desk that will assist with booking taxis at fair prices. If you stay here before heading to Machu Picchu and or Ollantaytambo, and stay here again when you return you leave some of your luggage here and take a smaller weekend pack for Machu Picchu, they will put your stored packs in your room on the day you return.”
“The rooms were a good size with space for cases so did not need to fully unpack”
“Our favourite hotel in Peru! It is very pretty, close to both Plaza de Armes and San Blas. We used this hotel as a base for part of our Peru holiday and returned in between visiting Machu Picchu and the Amazon. when we returned after every trip tired our luggage was already in our new room. The staff are so helpful. It also has a real home feel!”
