“Room was nice and spacious enough for a few days stay. More than enough choice for breakfast. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel is close to the ferry terminal and there is a hotel free transport bus every 20min or so. Its a 10 minute walk to some of the other casinos from the hotel and probably 15 minutes to the main square.”
“The location is very convenient”
“Royal Macau has been a very good hotel option during 2015. Compared to past years, room rates have been more affordable than other good hotel options around the city centre. Room quality and service levels have been consistent and very good during our stays at this hotel this year. We prefer the rooms facing Vasco De Gama Square as the view is much nicer compared to rooms facing the other direction. Obviously higher floor rooms provide more landscape views over the city, this is sort of neat during early morning and evening time. The in-house Portuguese restaurant, FADO, has also been a stellar choice for 2015, one of our favourite places to eat in Macau this year.”

“The staff are always top notch here, and the rooms are always clean, well kitted out, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel sauna and swimming pool were well appreciated after all the hours of walking around Macau.”

“We got a free upgrade to a Premium room which was very nice and on the fifteenth floor. The pool was very nice as well. The hotel is at the perfect location for sightseeing in the old part of Macao. It is not one of those big Casino hotels, but there is a shuttle to some of them, as well as one from and to the harbour, where the ferries from and to Hongkong depart. The beds are great and the breakfast too. The phone with included free internet is very helpful for navigating the city. I would definitely stay there again!”
“The hotel was nice and modern with very good service. They upgraded us to a suite which made our stay super pleasant. We also enjoyed the almond and walnut cookies that they keeping bringing everyday. The best part? The room came with a mobile device "Handy" with 4G and phone capacity that I could carry around as I explore Macau! It was amazing.”
