“A very good hotel near Ebina train station. There are a few big Shopping Malls within walking distance with plenty of shops and restaurants, including cheap eat at food court. One of the shopping Mall 'LaLaPort" is new and offer good shopping and dining options. The hotel has an on-site Onsen at level 2 for guests. Free coffee at the Lobby. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options with good variety. Hotel room was small but very functional as compared to other older Japanese hotels.”
“Booking says my review score is 9.6. That seems high but I scored the categories honestly. It's not a luxury hotel. But it's nearly new so everything is in near new condition. The room and facilities were top notch for a hotel of this level. I like the room arrangement. Hotel desk staff were highly courteous and said hello every time I passed. Location is near Ebina station and the new mall.”
“The staff were very helpful. The communal bath was beautiful and the laundry facilities were very useful. The hotel is still quite new and the rooms, bathrooms and hallways are pristine. A point to note, though: the breakfast is almost completely Japanese (rice, fish, pickles, soup etc) as non-Japanese guests are rare.”
“The hotel is just a 2-3min walk away from the the train station. There is a mall and convenience store around the corner. I liked the public bath on level 2. The room was very clean and comfortable. You can use the printer at the lobby to print documents for free. The staff were kind and friendly. Thank you!”

“朝食付きだったけども、早朝早くて食べれなかった！ 北海道とかは、お弁当を用意してくれる！ そんなサービスがあると、もっと利用し易くなるよ！これは、良くなかった点ですね！ 深夜に帰宅、珈琲サーバーが24時間で無いのが、悔しかった！ せめて、風呂のやってる2時までは、珈琲が飲めると良かった！”
