“Spotlessly clean and modern room, like the Hollywood theme with the movie stars everywhere. We booked a room with a terrace but asked to moved to a quiet room at the back, the new room didn't have a terrace which didn't matter as we arrived late and we're leaving early, they adjusted the cost back to a basic room which was very nice. Breakfast was good, air-con good, would go back.”
“Everything was perfect. All the staff and management went out of their way to make our stay perfect. They were very professional, kind and helpful. The hotel even provided us with a guide talking our language, Andres, to make sure that even our time outside the hotel went perfectly well and without surprises. The rooms and bathrooms are new, extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is wel located in the centre of Neiva, but is nevertheless very quiet. We will go back to Rosales without any doubt for our next stay in Neiva.”

“Very nice hostel and the staff is so helpful! Also perfect place to go if you plan to visit the tatacoa desert. They ll take care of your luggage so that you just have to bring a small bag to the desert. It s perfectly located in the center and just a 10 min footwalk from the main bus terminal.”

“Calidad vs precio hace que merezca un 5. No es un hotel 5 estrellas, pero la atención de los empleados es maravillosa, cuando te reciben en el lobby sientes una gran familiaridad por parte de los empleados, dices la hora en la que deseas el desayuno para que esté calientito, te llaman a la habitación a ver si ya van a salir a desayunar para empezarlos a preparar, fruta fresca, jugo natural y el mejor café huilense. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas, el baño es lindo y bien aseado. Súper recomendado.”
