“Location, Cleanliness, Staff & Comfort. Marco, Alessandra, Giulia at check-in/checkout were efficient, & effortlessly friendly. Dined at La Terrazza - Rooftop Terrace. Amazing view, great service & lovely ambiance. Marie was our waitress for the evening. Food was nicely presented & very tasty.”
“Ideal location. Less than five minutes walk to the lake, bus and train station, lake promenade and ships Quay. This means quiet at night, but pretty close to find restaurants, take a walk along the promenade, etc. The Hotel is pretty clean, smell nice. Internet Wireless was good. Air conditioning runs smoothly and is set at appropriate temperature. Our room facing the street was spacious, nice and comfortable bed, neat linings. At reception Alessandra was very friendly all the time. Helped us whenever we asked for something. She also speaks German and English. She is the kind of person that makes you feel at home. The personal at breakfast time and the maids were all very friendly.”
