“The proprietors were very nice and helpful, and the location would be wonderful if you wanted to spend time at the beach; however, we had to take cabs whenever we wanted to leave the property. Difficult to get there by bus or train, but doable. The wife cooked dinner each night, if you wanted it, for $10.00. We had it one night and it was very good. Otherwise, there were only 3 or 4 cafes near the port that served mainly pizza and pasta.”
“Alle Zimmer haben Balkon mit Ausrichtung zum See und der Blick auf den Gardasee ist traumhaft. Der Hafen mit Fährbetrieb sowie Strand und Lokalitäten liegen direkt zu Füßen und sind in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber einen romantischen Charme. Chef und Personal sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Lobby liegt ausreichend Informationsmaterial für Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der nahen und weiteren Umgebung aus. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Eine große Kaffeemaschine in Selbstbedienung bereitet sehr gute und vielfältigste Kaffeespezialitäten in ausreichender Menge zu. Tee- und Milchtrinker kommen auch auf ihre Kosten.”
