“The location was excellent, both for private and public travellers in terms of vicinity to the coach to Rome, car-parking, and it being a 2-minute walk to the centre of Rieti. The staff extremely courteous (24-hour porter service), breakfast very generous and varied to cater for all tastes, good restaurant onsite. My room (single) and bathroom clean and spacious, with all the commodities listed on the site, and it was very quiet.”

“da evitare. Camera consegnatami gelida alle ore 18 del 1 dicembre (temperatura esterna 5 gradi), riscaldamento mai partito nonostante gli sforzi del personale. Cena compresa nel prezzo disponibile solo all'esterno anziché nel ristorante interno come venduto, ho abbandonato subito l'hotel e ho protestato con booking venendo a sapere che l'hotel mi aveva offerto una suite per rimediare!!!! Bugiardi e scorretti, andrò avanti con altro consumo, gli farò la pubblicità che meritano. I soldi li devono restituire altrimenti sono anche ladri.”
