“The biggest issue I had at this hotel was that everywhere is tiled, very Spanish which is lovely, but unpractical, I was woken up constantly by other residents dragging their trollies up and down the corridors throughput the night, also snoring and other pastimes can be heard from other rooms!! took a while to get the heating to work (went during the winter) was very chilly at night. On a positive note, staff were lovely and the location was good for the purpose of my trip.”
“This was our second stay at Hotel Rioja and again the hotel and the staff exceeded our expectations. This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, quiet and beautiful views of Benisanó and Lliria, this really is a magnificent place to stay and the staff are very kind and will do anything for you. The hotel is on the main road that runs through the town of Benisanó, however, the road is quiet and very peaceful. Lliria which is a much larger town is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel and as Llliria doesn't have any hotels, I would recommend that you stay at Hotel Rioja as it is between Lliria and only 20 minutes drive back to Valencia beach and airport. The people of Lliria and Benisanó are the kindliest and friendliest of people I have ever met and even though there are not many English speaking people around, they will welcome you and accommodate you as if you were one of their own.”
