“The atmosphere is quirky and eclectic, the food is exquisite and the welcome is very warm.”
“A fantastic stay! Our room was a smaller room, but was fine for one night. Decorations were nice and fitting for Provence and the character and charm of the very old house was spectacular. Parking was just down the little hill in a large parking lot, but very easy and bags can be dropped at check in. The restaurant was a must! We said it was our best meal during our two weeks in France. Wonderful staff and friendly cat and dog! Breakfast is recommended as well. The selection is great with lots of meats and cheeses, not just bread and jam.”
“Lovely situation and very comfortable room plus a top notch testaurant”
“This place is simply amazing in its uniqueness and simplicity. The location, the property itself and traditional décor, the unique square outside with it picturesque fresh water fountain and astounding views, the Exquisite food in its own Michelin star restaurant and as if all that is not enough the amazing staff make this a simply unforgettable and unique destination.”
“Otherwise very cosy. Nice and servicefriendly staff.”
“Fantastic facility in a little gem of a town in Southern France. Everything was perfect!!! We even loved the wallpaper!”
“Dinner under the plane trees in the cobbled square opposite hotel. We were lucky to be there that night for a Jazz band, great music and atmosphere. They say it's the prettiest of the medieval villages but we didn't think so. Not many shops. Saint Paul de Vence is the best of them, pretty cobbled lanes potted flowers and greenery. Shops and quality art galleries,”
“Charming and quirky hotel in a very pretty village, run by lovely owners. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location right in the centre of the village by the Mairie and church.”
“We only stayed in the hotel for standard room and was very disappointed with room from not clean to shower.... but this hotel is extremely old and we came for the meal from the restaurant which was 10 out of 10 in all aspects and could not be beaten with its quality”
“Loved this quiet village and the history of the hotel building. Our room was small but comfortable and felt very french. Easy to get around and explore surrounding villages and yet wonderful to come back to the relaxation of Seillans. Loved eating outside in the square around the fountain and the fact that our drinking water came from the spring water flowing from that fountain. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere.”
