“The property has been renovated and has lovely details. The owner is hospitable and the food at the restaurant features fresh herbs grown on property and is delicious. This was our second visit this year. We came back for the great hospitality and food. The location is close enough to Triberg to be convenient...only 10 minutes or so but is away from the bustle of the busy touristy city and has a very relaxing country feel.”

“The customer service was amazing. We arrived late to check-in and the owners were kind enough to keep the kitchen open late just to feed us. The food was amazing all weekend long from the morning spread to the Black Forest burger for dinner. We didn't want to leave. We are definitely coming back and telling our friends that want to visit Black Forest of this wonderful place! And it's just outside of Triberg (like 10-15mins), which was nice to get away from the "city" after a day of exploring the waterfalls and cuckoo clocks.”
