“We were a few years ago there and we remembered it a bit better (it was high season then, and low season now). The village in winter is wonderful, with the cross-country ski piste very very close to it. The breakfast is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very simple. There is a tiny room outside where you can leave your skies but they allow to bring your boots to the room (such that they are not frozen the next morning). A good thing is that we managed to get a vegetarian dish for dinner in the restaurant (not at all obvious to find in Wallis).”
