“Location is really good, otherwise it's what you'd expect from a hotel. They have a restaurant which is fine, you could order "large food" until 21:00 and "small food" until 22:00 from what I remember. Don't expect to get food very late in the evening in Spiez.”

“The most important is the view, few steps to the Ferry terminal, but alittle bit walk to the Train Station (15m by walking), and if you arecarring luggage, have to call taxi (chf15 for one way). Room size is ok,but I love so much the balcony, facing the lake and moutain, the smallyachets are just in front of you, so easy to take stunning pics justfrom the balcony. The best time of the day is to sit on the balcony witha glass of wine, while watching the breathtaking sunset on the lake. Achastel Museum is on a small hill, behind the hotel, free of charge forsw Pass, worth to take a small walk there. Breakfast is good, love thehot coffee the most. Food quality of the restaurant on ground floor isok, average food level of Swiss, so nothing to complain. From Spiezit's very convenient to go to Interlaken or other cities by train,so it's quite a good place for accommodation, I would highlyrecommend it.”
“Good breakfast and restaurant food. Room was a good size by Europe standards. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The local Panorama Card was a nice benefit. Close to local swim beach. The weather closed in and so we spent more time at the hotel than planned, so glad it was a nice place.”
“Breakfast on the terrace in the sun by the marina was lovely. The hotel is situated right next to the marina and near to the castle and ferry landing stage. Hotel staff are excellent. Our room had a balcony and tea and coffee facilities. Hotel restaurant was good too.”
