“Upon arrival the receptionist welcomed me as if I had been a frequent traveler. The staff then assisted me with my bags and inspected the room before I went in. Also he upgraded my room with no charge so I can get the best view of the city and lake.”

“Excellent service from the staff who made us feel very welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean, provides a great breakfast and has a nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. We had two balconies with panoramic views from our very spacious room. Good bathroom, cleaned daily with fresh towels. A fridge in the room meant we could buy food and stay in if we wished. The reception staff were so helpful, giving us tips on getting around by public transport and the hotel manager/owner even dropped us to the beach (free pass for beach provided by hotel) and picked us up!”
