“I liked the staff that worked there. They were so helpful to me, whenever I needed information. Also, they booked an excellent camel safari, which I did for 2 1/2 days, with Delboy, who was wonderful (camel guide). Also, the location of the hotel was excellent - on a quieter street and convenient to walking distance to the Fort, and everything else.”

“For the two nights we were in room nr 5, all was fine. Sitting space and ample shelf space to store our belongings. Hotel staff and management were very helpful and always available. Sunny provided us with a small space heater when we requested one as it had been quite cool just prior to our stay. All in all, we were happy with the relatively quiet location and the hotel in general. Surrendra's rooftop kitchen was also an aspect we appreciated, as well as Surrendra himself. The two young men on site, Amor and Rice, were always helpful and courteous”

“The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the bus stand and advised us what to do and what to see in Jaisalmer and surroundings. The rooftop serves good food for a great price. The rooms are simple but clean. We booked a safari camel trip through the hotel that was great. Not particularly because they take you to a great part of the desert (slightly disappointing) but the crew was more than wonderful.”
