“The Check-in was very good and friendly. Also, the room was very big. Sadly we were not able to check out the bath on the top floor. The Breakfast was also nice. The Location is great, just a few minutes from Namba.”
“Excellent location. It is about 5 mins walk to Daikokucho station. And it is about 10 mins walk to different Namba station exits. It also only takes about 10 mins walk to JR Imamiya station which is convenient to go to Universal Studio Japan. The room size is big enough for opening 2 big luggage simultaneously that is easy for packing the luggage. There were new slippers and toothbrushes everyday.”
“The bed was comfy, great help from staff who had limited English. The hotel was within short walking distance to the main shopping district but located in an area which was not all hustle and bustle. The room was compact but had good facilities. Family-mart downstairs (convenience store) which came in really handy with food for times when you didn't want to go out to eat, with a young child. Microwave there to heat up a wide variety of meals available to purchase, also there were plenty of places to eat around the hotel, so no need to walk to the shopping district for food. Great snack stall round the corner selling takoyaki, okonomyaki, yakisoba all day and night for when peckish. We took the train from the airport to Nankai Namba station and it only took 7 mins to walk to the hotel. There is a closer subway stop near the hotel which is a 2-3 min walk.”
“The location is perfect for those who like to do some shopping. Moreover, I love that the staff is very friendly and try their best to help you.”
“Staffs were very nice and kind. Cozy room, big TV air, purifier. Communal bath was clean and good. Reasonable cost. ”
“The location is very good. As i am unfamiliar with the streets near Namba station, this hotel was surprisingly easy to locate. And even better because they have a convenience store at 1st level. The staff speaks very good english.”
“Large amount of space. This is a former apartment building converted to hotel use. Great service from staff.”
“The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Easy to get to from Daikokucho subway station. Take exit 1 and turn left.”
“Everything was great! Recommended! Be careful when you book a room for 3 persons. We did and the beds were too small for non- Japanese persons. so we booked an extra room”
“We enjoyed our first visit to Japan and spent 10 days at Hotel Relief. Our room was clean every day and we appreciated having the tea kettle and refrigerator in the room.”
