“We stayed at this hotel during our two week honeymoon in Europe. The staff was so absolutely nice and warm. We arrived by train late on a rainy Thursday night. The restaurant in the hotel had closed, but the attendant in the restaurant had no reservations to fixing us a meal and helping us with our luggage. Definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are built in what we assumed was an old barn house, but completely made-over (of-course) and very clean and modern. The property is centrally located with loads of restaurants, bakeries, etc. within a 5 minute walk. Bayeux is a beautiful and very friendly town. Loved every aspect of it.”

“The welcome was very friendly, and our luggage was carried to our room. Very clean and a comfortable bed and good quality bed linen. The location was excellent, easy walking distance to all the main attractions, with public parking just opposite. The wi-fi was reliable and the code written on the key folder.”

“We were upgraded to newly build superior rooms which were of the highest quality. Although the Brassiere (which was part of the Hotel) we thought it a little pricy compared to other of similar quality in the Town. The location was in the best part of Town with shops, restaurants bars and major tourist attraction within easy walking distance. However, we had to park approx. 3/4 mile from the hotel which was free but at this time but not in peak season.”

“Amazing room - so comfy and with lovely extras such as coffee machine. The location of the hotel is ideal for Bayeux and it's local history attractions.”

“The staff service was excellent. The hotel contacted us ahead of our visit to explain that the restaurant was, unusually, closed. Suggestions of alternative restaurants were given and the staff made a first night dinner booking for us. Breakfast in the hotel was good value. We were also pleased to be upgraded to a very elegant room. Highly recommended hotel in a perfect central location and only about 10-12 minutes' walk from the station following the clear directions sent ahead by the hotel at our request.”
