“Is very well locate for visiting city,old town. Hotel is very close to railway station and bus station , is near coffee shops,gelateria , fast foods and some restaurants.Easy going to center, nice 10 min walk.It has a parking,is clean and good value for money, trips etc. Best of all are the people , nice , polite, smiling and with very good tips for what is worth to visit in city and county. They give good advise for museums,events in city and nearby like Cividale del Fruli, Grado etc. Rooms are big enough, clean,good bed.Has a complementary breakfast wich is ok , standard for 3 stars in Italy but with great cappuccino. I enjoy my stay at the hotel.I stay in July and was warm but ac was super.”

“Rooms were enough big, and clean. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Parking inside was okay and safe, The breakfast was nice, except the omlette. Good place to sleep for one night, the staff was really friendly. Pet friendly hotel for no additional fee! Central part of Udine is within 15 minutes walking distance.”
