• Important Notice
  • Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.<br><br>Group Reservations: Reservations of 6 or more rooms is considered by the hotel to be a group reservation. In this case the hotel will apply the following Group Conditions according to the number of rooms booked:<br>- from 6 to 10 rooms booked: the hotel will charge the amount regarding the 1st night of the stay of each booked room on the credit card given for guarantee until 15 days before the day of arrival. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification or in case of a no-show.<br>- for reservations of 11 or more rooms the hotel will charge the total amount of stay of all booked rooms on the credit card given for guarantee until 30 days before arrival. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification or in case of a no-show.<br><br>For pre-paid and non-refundable rates, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. The hotel may also request, in order to confirm and secure the reservations, a signed copy of the credit card given as guarantee.<br><br>The credit card holder will be requested to present the card while checking in. Third party cards are accepted, upon presentation of a signed copy and photo ID of the holder. The hotel reserves the right to refund the prepayment and request an alternate method of payment, in case these conditions are not met.<br><br>Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card given to guarantee the reservation. The credit card pre-authorization is done 4 days before arrival, for reservations with no deposit or prepayment. In case the credit card is not authorized, the hotel will contact the guest in order to provide new valid credit card details.<br><br>Please note that when making your reservation, please mention your preference for double or twin bed. Also please advise your estimated arrival time to the hotel. All requests depend on the availability on the day of arrival.<br><br>The restaurant is only available for groups and it is necessary to book beforehand, but our Lobby Wine Bar serves meals everyday from 12:00 to 00:00.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Hotel Principe Lisboa in advance of your expected arrival time.
