“From the moment we arrived at the Posthuys on our electric bikes from the port, we knew we would enjoy! The owners Thomas and Leonie are such lovely hosts and were always there in a friendly, unobtrusive way! If you are after tranquility, you will not beat this place, absolute silence at night.....until the seagulls wake up of course! All the staff were exceptionally courteous, friendly and helpful at all times! We ate 3 out of our 4 nights at the hotel and loved the food, especially the fresh mackeral Thomas caught that day! The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed! We have already committed to return soon to this home from home!!!”

“The location is excellent. Very tranquil surroundings. The staff was simply fantastic - we are a family of vegetarians. We had informed them up front. The staff ensured that we had a 3 course vegetarian meal on the days we stayed there. They baked a fantastic and healthy cake since we were celebrating a birthday. Their personal touches, warmth and friendliness was noteworthy. It is a remarkable place.”
