“This is a superb hotel. From multiple sources on the island of Syros, there was complete agreement that Hotel Ploes is the best on the island. It was, in fact, one of the best hotels we have experienced in our travels. The staff provides service with authentic grace, warmth, and joy. The hotel is a lovely renovated mansion with the flavor of the past and modern, luxurious amenities. In addition, the breakfast, which you eat on a patio or in windows facing the sea, is an offering of at least 6 different homemade delights. We give Hotel Ploes our highest recommendation!”
