“Helpful staff despite us being their last booking of their season.”

“We were met by a very friendly and helpful lady, Bernadetta, at the front desk, who said that our early check-in had been set up already (we had called beforehand). She gave us lots of useful information about the local area, including details of restaurants and local boat tours where we could get discounts. We were delighted to find that we had a two-room suite, easily big enough for our family, with a pleasant balcony. The room was in excellent condition, and the furniture beautiful. When checking out, we thought we had an issue with the bill (it turned out to be our fault) but the staff were extremely proactive and gracious in looking in to it. After arriving home, we received a call from Bernadetta to say that we had left some items behind in our room. She arranged for them to be sent to us within two days, free of charge. Overall the service was fantastic, and I would not hesitate to return to Hotel Plammas again.”

“Die Dame an der Rezeption war nett, hilfsbereit und sprach sogar deutsch. Das Frühstück reichlich - es gab frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Die Zimmer waren ok - nichts besonderes. Die Lage war auch ok. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Wasser. Folgendes bezieht sich zwar nicht auf das Hotel, aber den Stopp in Santa Maria Navarrese kann man sich sparen, wenn man vorab wüsste wie viel schönere Städtchen es gibt, die nicht unspektakulär und ausgestorben sind.”

“excellent petit déjeuner, la restauration pour le soir ne marchait plus à cette époque ,dommage, on nous a orienté vers un restaurant très moyen .Petit incident électricité mais réparé rapidement , bricolages entretien à prévoir, grande chambre et balcon agréables”

“Staff gentiissimo e disponibile. Struttura ben curata e pulita. Mi è piaciuta la colazione, tanta scelta e buone le marmellate. La struttura è dotata di un parcheggio interno, molto comodo”
