What guests loved the most

“Beautiful, serene and relaxed, just like Tuscany. The staff were amazing, friendly and super helpful, also spoke perfect English.”

, Australia

“The hotel was absolutely beautiful and Felipe was very helpful with recommendations and coordinating our visits. The pool at patio area are great places to relax.”

, USA

“Staff were extremely helpful. Location was ideal to visit the wineries and also close to Santa Cruz.”

, United Kingdom

“Our stay at Hotel Parronales was a great end to our trip to Chile. The experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. Also Felipe went above and beyond to make our wine tasting experience at Apalta Valley great.”

, USA

“We arrived on the day that 15 people had checked out, we were alone for the whole hotel! It is a charming hotel set in a small vineyard. The pool was still too cold, but the hot tub (extra 30$) was a welcome bonus after a day of wine tasting. Estrella welcomed us and prepared breakfast for us every morning with fresh pressed orange juice. Super nice and always ready to help. Felipe, the owner, was very nice as well, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is very well located close to many vineyards in the region. Felipe is helpful in organizing tastings and transport. Restaurants at walking distance, or else a short taxi ride to town.”

, Canada

“Philippe, his family, and his friend were amazing! We were greeted with a delicious bottle of homemade wine, which was one of the best of the trip, and were setup to relax out by the pool and vineyard. Upon returning inside we were shown to our massive room (spend the few extra dollars for the big room!), and then were made the best pisco sours ever! In the morning Philippe called around and setup all our winery tours and our lunch for the day including a private tasting at Vina Ventisquero. After my conference in Santiago we were going to head back to Santa Cruz just to stay with them again if we hadn't both gotten sick and ended our vacation early. Truly a gem!”

, USA

“Hot tub was wonderful. Suggestion: have two to have less conflicts with reservations. Also not having TV in room is very nice (for couples specially) Last but not least the service was really really good: friendly, attentive and always ready to help.”

, Chile

“Felipe was the perfect host who went above and beyond to make his guest comfortable. He organised a day out at the wineries for us, made suggestions and lined everything up for a full day out. The other staff at the property were also all very welcoming, and the setting, the building, the scenery were all magnificent. There was so much attention to little details. The hot tub was heated through a wood stove throughout the day we arrive, but we weren't able to stay up late enough to enjoy, but it looked amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the glass (or two) of cabernet sauvignon made from the grapes grown on the property. We really couldn't have asked for a better start to our holiday!”

, Australia

“Amazing breakfast! Super friendly staff. The hot tub with a glass of wine is something you will definitely have to try if you stay at Parronales.”

, Chile

“Filipe and his staff were excellent especially Riggo, Filipe could not have been a better host with knowledge of local vineyards and things to do and not miss. We recommend the hot tub experience and his hotel grown organic house red (superb). Staying at Hotel Parranoles is staying in a small boutique family hotel.”
