What guests loved the most
“I don't want to be critical because it was good value for money. We've stayed many times in Italy before but always 4* and of course usually twice the price. The bed was comfy and the setting lovely but the pool was dirty and there was never anyone around to get a cup of coffee or a bottle of water during the day. I suppose being end of season, you should expect that. The staff were lovely but scarce. You miss not having even a little bar in the evening to have a drink before dinner. We stayed for 8 days and the breakfast became v. boring. But overall, the value for money was good and it was good base for seeing Assisi, Perugia, Todi and the surrounding countryside which is beautiful. I wouldn't recommend any longer than a 2-3 night stay.”
“The rooms that we had were quite large. We ended up with a two bedroom suite but we asked for two rooms that were nearby as we were traveling with our kids. It turned out to be perfect. The grounds are very pretty and dinner at the restaurant was really good - a lot of food, we couldn't finish it! The pool looked lovely, we didn't use it but I'm sure we would have if it was warmer. We would return and recommend this to our friends and especially to families.”
