“The hotel is located at top of hill with an amazing view of the castle and the town. We had perfect rooms, 12 and 14, that were large and clean. The lobby is beautifully decorated and has a very eclectic flare while keeping it inviting and cozy. We were there the night of our daughters birthday and I mentioned at check-in just during normal conversation. The owner remembered and during dinner, that night brought our a wonderful dessert with a Roman candle and they played Happy Birthday over the speakers in the restaurant. It was magical. The owners went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Breakfast was very good and dinner was as well.”
“Very friendly and helpful staff, overseen by the owner, always visible and keeping an eye on things. Excellent food - the good value demi-pension dinner is worth taking, if lack of menu choice not an issue. Breakfast is first class, lots of choice, make you own pancakes...Parking both outside and in their parking a few yards away is no problem.A great example of a really well-managed family -run hotel, all too rare these days. Wonderfull views over Bouillon. we will be returning soon”
