“The Hotel itself was very clean, the staff were very friendly. We had a complimentary glass of champers or a glass of any on-tap beer on arrival which was very welcome after 24hrs of travelling! The hotel bed was extremely comfortable, the facilities were good. There is no noise at all from the bar downstairs. The room had a great view of the Harbour Bridge on one side and Darling Harbour on the other. On arrival we got a voucher for 2 free croissants and 2 free coffee’s at one of the local cafes (Bitter & Twisted) with a 15% off voucher for anything else bought from the menu, the place was only a very short walk away and was great! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!”
“Great views of Sydney Habour, lovely room with heritage and retro fittings, comfortable bedding, suprising quite even though the pub has lively atomshere at night. Staff where excellent, helpful and friendly. Great location, close to Darling Harbour and the Rocks, very central”

“Quaint old hotel, did not match outward appearance so a big surprise when shown to room. loved the history. Very helpful staff. Crisp white sheets and comfy bed. Henry Dean lounge on 4th floor with awesome 360 views. Short stroll to George Street on The Rocks, Circular Quay”

“This gorgeous hotel is a must stay for Sydneysiders and out of towners. A real treat! The room was fabulous and view was even more fabulous - and we only stayed in the most basic room. We're really looking forward to splashing out a bit more and staying in the super posh suite looking directly at the Harbour Bridge. The old pub downstairs is so awesome, Henry Deane right of the top of the building is fantastic - food and views! The staff in the whole building were super friendly and professional - which is such a nice change. All round an incredible place to stay!”
“Wow! The best hotel ever. Loved it. So refreshing not to have the stereotypical checkin of your normal hotel. A drink and chat in the hotel bar with the manager to welcome us and explain everything. The view of the harbour bridge from our room was spectacular. Clean and renovated rooms. Loved the balcony. Will definitely book here again when in Sydney.!”
