“The location of the hotel was great. If you are getting off the train with your back towards the station, just walk across the street towards the left. Turn right when you reach the green pub. Walk down the street for a bit and you'll see the sign. The gate is the door on the side. To have something to eat, walk outside towards the back of the hotel and turn right at the first corner. There are plenty of good restaurants down that street and it is perfectly safe. I also saw some laundromats and internet cafe's on that street. The duomo is nearby and beautiful at night. The hotel has an excellent breakfast - remember to order a free cappuccino from the made to order coffee bar in the breakfast room. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and clean while the bathrooms are pretty.”

“The staff was super helpful. I forget his name but he was extremely thoughtful. I gave a feedback regarding my room and he rectified it immediately and also sent a token of apology which was very unnecessary but very thoughtful. I think he went out of the way. Enjoyed my stay. The location is super near the train station so it's very convenient”
