“Loved this hotel, beautifully restored in a unique historic building on a tiny piazza next to a 400 year old cathedral. easy to get to if you know how, where it is, but cannot park or catch a taxi directly to the door, as the twisting alleys are too narrow. If you arrange in advance they can pick you up or drop you (locally) with their little buggy. Personal & friendly check in and good customer care. Lovely little roof terrace for breakfast & a lovely quiet reading / tea room for the afternoon, but no other facilities..bar etc Outside during day in piazza is a very good, cheap & fast serving restaurant and you are a few minutes walk to bars & nightlife”
“Beautiful hotel with great design and we really loved the communal lounge/library where you can have a coffee and relax. Also very good kettle and nice mugs (very impressed to see good size mugs instead of stupid small cups that only make a half sized tea!) in room. I was also pleased to see that they had large toiletries in bathroom to use rather than small products which are wasteful. Loved the rose gold hangers in the room.”
