“A beautiful and cosy hotel, more in the style of an older house. Excellent location on the sea front for access to the beach and restaurants - and there are plenty of excellent ones to choose from around the town. The staff were all wonderful and made for a perfect stay. Very good continental breakfast buffet and if required, egg dishes cooked to order. There are two sun terraces over looking the beach. Try the afternoon tea and Portguese style scones whilst sat in the sun. Large private parking area.”
“This hotel is small and old world. It is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. The hotel is located on the beach and close to restaurants. The breakfast is very good. The car park is in a separate area to the rear of the hotel and is secure.”

“Beautiful historic building, outside and in, a real standout on the foreshore. Good sized room with bathroom all beautifully decorated in period style. Air-conditioned. Quiet and restful stay after a few very busy days in Lisbon - a perfect break to refresh for the next stage of our travels. Beachfront location means an easy stroll to have a very refreshing swim. Outside terrace is a lovely place to watch the sun set. Great breakfast provided. Friendly, welcoming staff. Easy parking in private lot in the street behind the hotel. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.”
