The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff was very nice who made nice vegetarian food for me. Nice concierge service to arrange taxi to & fro from Cusco. They even sorted our bags while we went to Machu Picchu for a day.”

“Idyllic setting with hillside ruins and mountains surrounding the hotel's park-like grounds. This quiet and comfortable retreat is ultra clean with a friendly and helpful staff. Our room had an American style king sized bed (!) rather than a double sided bed that passed as a king in other hotels where we stayed in Peru. There is a warm fire in the cozy lodge each evening and the breakfast is delicious. The town is the last living Inca village with its trapezoidal doorways and running waters. Luggage is easily stored here while you enjoy a two day hike to Machu Picchu. We would definitely return to this lovely gem of a hotel.”
