They were able to accomodate us with providing half board despite most guests already at their dessert stage and the food was delicious! “The host Trocker family were so welcoming, helpful and hospitable. We got off at the wrong bus stop and they came over to pick us up. They give their guests a seven day bus stop, which is very useful. The dinners were delicious and a great value at €16. We had not planned to take dinner but when they saw we don't have a car and it would be difficult for us to dine elsewhere, they graciously accommodated us. The salad bar each night is a great idea. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The terrace of the hotel looks out on a magnificent view of the valleys and mountains. The Trocker family really made us feel So welcomed and offered valuable advice about touring the area. Highly recommend hotel Ortler!”

“Etwas außerhalb von Kastelruth, schön gelegenes Hotel mit traumhaften Blick auf die Dolomiten. Große Parkgarage vorhanden. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Der Eingangs-, Bar- und Restaurantbereich ist rustikal-modern gestaltet. Unser Standard-Doppelzimmer war teilrenoviert, das neue Bad sehr sauber. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet, ordentliches Halbpensionsmenü. Bei nur 1 Übernachtung haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.”
