“All stuff was excellent especially Kira that had helped a lot. There was an WI-FI trouble on second day but all was corrected next day. Room is more than enough for 2 adults with two kids. If we come again, we'll search for same hotel again. The elevator is slow and old style which was fun for kids.”

“All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Quaint hotel with all we needed for a short break. We walked to all the sights, furthest away is about 30 mins. Very clean and toiletries provided in the bathroom too. We had drinks there on the small terrace in the sun, excellent value. Breakfast was very good, especially the coffee. We would definitely use the hotel again.”

“Good location - just behind the Piazza Repubblica and metro station. Very friendly staff at reception who booked us a taxi to the airport and opera tickets, she was very helpful and spoke good English. All receptionists were good, and the lady at the breakfast are was also helpful and very polite. I would like to thank her for squeezing me lemons in the morning. Having fruit for breakfast was good. Having paper tissues in the bathroom was very useful.”

“I've selected the hotel because of the location. The train station is relatively nearby as well as the opera house. Good coffee and tea for breakfast. It is some kind of huge apartment reworked into the hotel. So, it is quite charming hotel, but be ready that there are no services comparable to the standard hotel services. I would prefer to pay more and stay in a hotel rather than the reworked flat (office or whatever). It is not obvious from the description that it is some kind of bed & breakfast, and not a fullfledge hotel. They share the building with different organizations and flats, they only occupied part of the third (or fourth?) floor.”
