“The location of the hotel is perfect to walk from the central train station of Santa Maria Novella, and to walk to all of Firenze's famous places (Cathedral, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and all museums). The front desk lady was very charming, we will never forget the small chats we had with her. The room was nice but the furniture was somehow old, but comfortable overall.”
