“A lovely hotel in a great location - we were given a sea view which was just gorgeous and were able to see the ship we were about to board come in.”

, Australia

, New Zealand

“Yamashita park and the clean air ,quiet environment”

, Singapore

“Liked everything about the Hotel - location (just across the road from the park, a short walk to Chinatown & the cruise terminal) The staff were very friendly & efficient. The restaurants were a bit expensive but there were lots of eating places locally. Would stay again if in Yokohama.”

, New Zealand

“The service at this hotel is outstanding - Beyond what you woukd normally expect at hotels twice the price. The staff are professional, friendly and show genuine care and concern. Whether it was booking you a table at a nearby restaurant & ensuring that there would be a waitperson available who spoke English as the restaurant only had a Japanese menu or ringing ahead to the nearest pharmacy to make sure that they were open (it was a Sunday) and providing clear iditections to get there, nothing was too much trouble. All employyes speak some English & most very good clear English. It is also convenient, with the cruise ship terminal just down the road, close to rail transport & shops with a great view of the harbor. With the Park just across the road - it was a winner.”
