“We stayed in a Japanese style room. The futon and cover were white and crispy and fluffy. There was a public ofuro with a sauna. The buffet breakfast was a delicacy. The chef took great care in the preparation of all the dishes. They were nutritiously delicious .”
“The staffs are very friendly and they have everything in many languages written down. :) They have plenty of tourist information to help you get around Nemuro.”
“Service and helpfulness of staff was exceptional. The hotel was located close to all points of interest and to parking across the street. The futons in the Japanese style room were prepared by staff in the evening and sleeping on the Tatami mats was a pleasure. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean. Hotel staff recommended a local seafood restaurant for a special evening meal. We had the local crab dish - superb!”

“Petit déjeuner japonais très bien Le personnel nous a changé de chambre sans probleme le lendemain suite au désagrément de la,première nuit ( bruit de la pompe à eau des bains publics) A la gare de nemuro , on peut prendre le bus pour aller voir le mémorial , mais bon il n y a pas grand chose à voir à part ce mémorial Visiter plutôt autre chose”
