“A historical building, actually famous because of the movie the "Indian Ambassador", a Colombian movie. An iconic place. Not a modern hotel, but a very comfortable, well-preserved one.”
“The hotel is an old fashion place that has been renovated and looks good. It is an iconic place in which a very famous movie in Colombia was recorded. The location is just in the center. I liked the people, very friendly an helpful. I had a let check out bonus and they gave more time to keep the room free of charge. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and what I liked is that there is almost no food waste as you order from a menu instead of taking a lot of food from a buffet in which many times food is thrown away.”

“Hotel Neiva is central, in a very busy and noisy area. Only the rooms are air conditioned (which does not work well). The hallways, breakfast area and reception are not air conditioned. The reception desk people were unpleasant, brusque and not helpful. We were given at first a room which was not the type reserved and for a higher price. When we realized that the AC is not properly working in that room, we were switched to another room. Breakfast was not what was advertised. Neiva hotel was unpleasant and we were sorry we had to stop there.”
