“The room was very clean and comfortable. Unobstructed view of Mount Fuji from my bed. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of western and Japanese food. Staff very helpful but some spoke little English. Shuttle took me everywhere and picked me up at any time. Excellent onsen which I enjoyed for 4 nights. When I checked out they gave me 4 very large photos of Mt. Fuji.”
“The room is very big. Our room got a nice view of the Lake Yamanakako. Fuji-san is clearly in sight. The staffs are very helpful. The hotel is located on the top of the mountain, and there is no convenient store nearby, make it a bit more difficult if you don't have a car. But there are plenty of shops and stores around the lake.”

“The views from this hotel are incredible - it has a very remote location (we've got a JR train pass so got the train from Tokyo to Mishima and then there's a bus that goes from bus stop 2 on the south side of the station - drops you off at a bus stop near the hotel, and they send a shuttle to get you). This meant although the trip was quite long, it was well worth it! The staff were really friendly, particularly the ones who served us at dinner. Amazing to be able to see Fuji from our room.”
