“Monte Rosa was well located for everything in Chiavari. The staff, especially at Reception were courteous, friendly and very, very helpful. The pool area was a revelation being well laid-out in a position that caught the sun for most of the day and with the bar overlooking it. The pool had a Jacuzzi and small hydro-pool which were very welcome. Staff at the pool bar were also very attentive and pleasant. The choice at breakfast was wide-ranging and well stocked-up until it closed each day. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiavari.”
“-The service and the the staff was remarkable. 24h finest service: staff preparing your room even twice a day. Extremely friendly and caring staff no matter if at the reception, the garage or at the breakfast buffet. - Huge breakfast buffet with anything you could ask for (except for fresh Italian non-automatic machine coffee). - Spacious garage parking (not always standard in Italy) and always a person accompanying you down the garage. - Pool area completely clean including whirlpool and comfortable chairs. - The hotel provides you a nice bag with fresh towels (possible on a daily basis) for the pool. - location of the hotel is superb: right downtown in the city center, however not noisy at all since it is located in a quiet side street (close to the beaches and train station as well)”
