What guests loved the most

“Splendid location for what we had planned to for the weekend. We were in walking distance of Isle de la Cité and Isle St Louis as well as Grains Nobles et Plus (rue Parcheminerie) where we had a great meal on the Friday and Duc des Lombards about 20 minutes away... The staff were super-friendly, courteous and helpful and although I speak French fluently, their level of English was very good. We requested a room on the upper floors quite late (a couple of days before our arrival) by telephone and was told this could not be guaranteed so we were pleasantly surprised that they gave us a room on the 6th floor with a balcony and good views of the street side. We were not disturbed at any time by noises from the street and didn't even hear anything from a noisy bar just further up either! Our bed was lovely and firm and the shower was very good, too. There were improvement works taking place in the reception area but this had no impact on us. Finally, although we haven't given top marks, we would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning to this hotel.”
