“Really large comfortable room, huge bed :) Nice view from the window. Location is 50 meters from Nagano station. Both Japanese and European buffet breakfast in the lounge cafe was very tasty!”
“The room was very clean with comfortable facilities. Also the hotel gave environmentally friendly options such as requesting no fresh linen by simply placing a card on your pillow. I really appreciated this. There was also very reliable fast wifi.”
“It is well connected to Nagano JR Station. Exit the JR, go to the right side and look for the Midori (Shopping Area) entrance, go through the entrance and it will lead you to 2nd floor of the hotel. Front desk is at the 1st floor escalator/elevator down. Room and toilet is very clean. Front desk staff can speak good English, very helpful and polite.”

“This is a proper big hotel, with all the look & feel included and some nice art-deco touch. Room was very confortable. The best thing about the hotel was the location: right near the train / bus station. This substantially increases the convenience of Nagano day trips. Including the trip to the monkey park - take care, the dedicated bus station is on the other side of the train lines! Breakfast was generous. There are plenty of nice places to eat & drink around the hotel.”
“We believe that there is no better place to base yourself when visiting Nagano. The hotel is steps away from JR Nagano station which makes catching trains and buses to see the sights (Snow Monkeys, Zenkoji etc) a breeze. There's actually a connection on the 2nd floor of the hotel to the JR station! also meant there were plenty of shops and places to eat right next door. The staff (front lobby and housekeeping) were lovely and the rooms were bigger than expected (by Japanese standards), especially the bathrooms! We would be more than happy to stay again.”

“Shopping, restaurants are just a short walk away. The hotel is right next to the JR station, and the price is good value for money. My kid vomited on the floor (I’m so sorry about this) during breakfast and the staff immediately came to clean up before I could even sound the alarm. Very impressed with the attitude. Breakfast variety is good.”
