“We stayed at this hotel for my sister's bachelorette party and we didn't have a single complaint. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was absolutely beautiful, we had a nice view from our room, and we were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the room overall. It is a bit pricy, but we would definitely like to stay here if we're ever back in long beach and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.”
“Extremely welcoming to my dog. When we arrived, they gave us doggy bags, treats, a spare bowl, special door hanger to alert a pet was in the room, and bones. The decks, access to grassy areas, and path along the water made it easy for dog owners. Easy access to downtown and the convention center by walking over the bridge. There's also a shuttle that makes it easy to get back and forth.”
“This hotel is beautiful all around and the staff are very accommodating. They allowed us to park our car in the hotel parking lot during our carnival cruise for a discounted fee and transported us to and from the port for free! They even carried our bags to our room. The restaurant, Fuego, has expensive but amazing food. I've never tasted so much flavor. The entire experience made me feel upper class and valued as a customer!”
