“The hotel itself was totally fine, nice and affordable, located in the best shopping and eating area, though it's very noisy with music and crowd from outside of the hotel. There's one nice English-speaking Kazakh lady at the reception but there's also other staff who could not speak English at all.”

I am very amused -Good location( you can see everything you need in this street for example : gifts , brand shops ,different cafe/restourants ) -Good Wi-Fi conection / TV -free Tea/Cofee -Clean rooms -friendly staff and welcoming athmosphere. “The hotel is well situated next to lively area and quite in the center of Istanbul. One receptionist speak good english. Overall the staff was friendly and asking if everything was fine. Coffee, tea, cola and iced tea are free of charges.”
“This hotel is well located and good value for money. The staff is very helpful, polite and efficient: answered to my enquiries before arrival and helped with all they could. Even water was delivered to the room and they kept my luggage for free for several days. Also the staff give you privacy. Also the bed was comfortable.”
