What guests loved the most

“Place was incredible. Staff were great, room was amazing”

, Australia

“I had to check in late and they made arrangements to get me checked in anyways. The lady at the front went out of her way to make sure everything was to my liking before she left for the evening. Also was very close to many things to do in the city. Almost backed onto the Plaines d’Abraham and a couple blocks away from Rue Cartier. Pretty short walk to the old town (20 minutes or so)”

, Canada

“I don't have enough words to describe the friendliness of the staff. Sharon made sure that every detail of my stay in the hotel was perfect. Very clean and cozy room, location was great near attractions, restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have a parking at the property. Service beyond expectation! Thank you for the hospitality,Sharon!”

“I had a wonderful stay here. First, the neighborhood is great! I was able to walk everywhere, and it's nice to be a little bit outside the tourist center. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby, and only a 15 or so minute walk to the Old Town. I enjoyed exploring the area both day and night. Second, the staff is so friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Liza, who answered many of my questions and gave recommendations - thank you so much! The room was clean and suited my needs (I was traveling alone). But enough space for two people and luggage. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again next time I'm in Quebec City. Don't miss Avenue Cartier, and the streets off of it, for some great food options.”

“The place is great, the people are great, the area is great. A short walk to all kinds of shops. The 'free walking tour' (in English) starts only 100m away and is a MUST for all Anglophones. Parking is in a private driveway, but even with a large vehicle we had no issues. You can park out on the street for free on the weekends, but make sure you do it early on Saturday to secure your place. Very comfortable, clean and friendly. Staff speak English if you don't know any French. Although my French is very basic I was easily understood, and "pleases" and 'Thankyou's' in French go a long way too. When in Quebec, forget about your daily routine, get out of your comfort zone a little and do what the Quebecois do - you will like it. Can't wait to get back!”

“Location is close to battlefield park and restaurants. Room is big and clean. Bed is comfortable. ”

“Location, was great, front desk staff very friendly!”

, Canada

“Terrific spot on the fabulous Grande Allee. Loved my cozy room on the top floor with great bathroom. Wonderful experience. Everyone professional and courteous. Confusion over billing sorted quickly.”

, Canada

“We were delighted with the location - a nice stroll to The Chateau. The room was beautiful with a fireplace. We did request a downstairs room well in advance and a parking space on site. Sharon the concierge was most helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless and quiet. It was charming to enjoy the unique surroundings and in-room amenities; and not feel like we were a number in an endless hall at a large hotel. The tariff was a bargain. We will stay here again.”

, USA

“Very spacious room with fireplace, in room refrigerator. On the quiet side of the building. Three windows that could be opened to get the fresh air. Easy access to the room.”
