“When I first checked in the lady at teh reception didn't really welcome me with a friendly smile and I felt a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately I got sick on my work trip and had to stay in the room most of the time. The rooms are very very small and I think the price is definitely not cheap but the place is in an amazing location, very close to everything. I also have to say a big thank you to the young lady from the breakfast buffet. She took such good care of me when I was sick and helped me out with everything. She was friendly and caring and I feel like she is definitely upgrading the whole hotel experience.”

“Location was perfect; lots of restaurants nearby. The room was small but reasonably priced. Two metro stations within a 10 minute walk; very close to trams and buses. Plentiful breakfast, but at times the breakfast room felt cramped; comfortable bed and helpful staff. My room had a small balcony; wish it had been a little bigger - it was a tight squeeze for 2 people, but I appreciated having it. Luxurious bath towels. Wifi worked well on my iPad. There is also a self-serve laundromat a few blocks away. Much cheaper than having hotel do it.”
“Hotel was easy to find and around 5 minutes walk from subway station. It was a small modern hotel in the center of Baixa Chiado and surrounded by a lot of shops and a shopping centre. Room was very small but clean and with all basic amenities provided.”
