“It's run by a young brother and sister couple who try hard. Alnazcazar is in an ideal position for anyone interested in birds, who wants an option to visit El Rocio, Seville, and perhaps even Cordoba; as all are in easy reach (but hire a car at the airport, because there isn't car-hire in Alnazcazar, or anywhere else nearby). The hotel is only 2 star, but is clean, basic, and has modern fixtures and fittings. From Alnazcazar, access to the North Donana bird sites is best through Isla Major, so birders might stay there, but Seville and El Rocio are less accessible from there. I don't Hotel Lince gets a lot of non-spanish speaking visitors, so take a phrase book, but everyone we met was hospitable and helpful.”
