What guests loved the most
“Room was big and spotlessly clean, decor a bit bland but with lovely view and a Juliet balcony (no chairs). Bathroom was very luxurious. Bed was big and comfy. Lots of storage space. Lovely dining room, with gorgeous lake views and we would have enjoyed the terrace and garden if the weather had been better. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We had dinner in the hotel as planned (would have been too far to walk into town in the rain anyway, probably OK in dry weather) and it was very special indeed (as reflected in the prices)...but this is high-level Italian food, way beyond my 'pizza/pasta' Italian menu translation skills, there was no English translation or anyone who could translate it for us so we missed the subleties and struggled to know what we were ordering. Wine was reasonably priced and the sampler deserts was fab - my husband not so keen on the de-constructed tiramisu! The younger receptionist was very warm and welcoming.”

“Our room had a view of the lake, which was amazing. The room was comfortably furnished, with a modern en-suite with a powerful shower. There was plenty of choice for breakfast - fresh fruit, yogurts, eggs, cheeses, rolls, brioches, cereals. Choice of coffee as well.”

“Check in avallable till midnight, cozy hotel with million dollar views! Very clean, comfy beds and beautifully renovated bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful, inclusive of cut meats and boiled eggs, again right on the lake side, with incredible views. Staff polite and friendly.”
