“המיקום מאוד נוח. מרחק הליכה מכל מקום מרכזי גם מהעיר העתיקה או הארמון. צוות לויאלי ומסייע בכל דבר ויודע למצוא ולהפנות לכל מקום באנגלית וכך מתגברים על מחסום השפה. המקום נקי מאוד. יש גם בריכה. אוכל ברמה מאוד גבוהה. העדפנו לאכול 3 ארוחות במלון במקום במסעדות משום שהוא קרוב והאוכל משובח והמבחר רב. כולם יוצאים מגדרם לסייע. זו הפעם השנייה שהגעתי. בשני המקרים רמת השירות לא השתנתה. בדרך כלל פקדתי מלונות מרכזיים וידועים ולמלון הזה הגעתי עקב המלצה של חבר שפקד אותו אף הוא בעקבות המלצה ואיש לא התאכזב.”
