“Great location, right in the center of town and writhin walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, waterfront and boat taxi. Charming and clean, staff friendly and welcoming. I got upgraded to a larger room with a view which was very nice. Also great toiletries! And in the morning, although breakfast wasn’t included in my booking and the buffet would be 16 CFH extra, I chose to go into town and got a delicious croissant and coffee from a local bakery.”

“The hotel doesn't have a parking so we have been advised from reception to park our car in a public parking a few meters away overnight. The next day I discovered that the car has been removed away due to an even which has been announced a few days ago !! I had to pay CHF 400 to get the car. I did a complain since this is reception staffs responsibility, they must have been know and tell us about it. The next day we got a reply from management that they gave us a free night and free breakfast for both rooms during our stay. Much appreciated!”
